In short

OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 is a third-party textile mark. It shows listed fabrics or components were tested against that standard’s harmful-substance criteria. It is not a comfort rating, fire certificate, or organic farming label. Always check which part of the mattress or bedding the certificate covers. Pair it with UK fire labels and warranty reading.

Definition. OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 is a textile testing mark for certain harmful substances. It does not mean a mattress is organic or medical grade.
